Q2:You can't connect your phone to the camera's WiFi.
A1:If you can not search the camera's WiFi "CAMERA-XXXXXX" on your phone, please turn off the phone's WiFi settings first, and then turn it on again.
A2:Please check whether the battery capacity is low or exhausted. Activating WiFi requires high current support, APP cannot be opened under the low power condition. To save power, if the phone does not connect to the camera WiFi within 1-3min, WiFi will be turned off automatically. Please turn on the camera WiFi again.
Q3:The WiFi & Bluetooth connection is stuck/disconnected
A1:Potential problems of interference, Due to the high repetition rate of 2.4GHz Wifi frequency, it has potential problems of interference. The camera has a possibility to be interfered by other devices( other routers, microwave ovens, Refrigerators and other electrical appliances), which leads to the WiFi signal reduction or easily disconnected.Please use the wifi trail camera where there are few interference sources.
Q4:The camera cannot connect to the app on your phone.
A1:When connecting to WiFi hotspots that do not have Internet, Android will prompt: whether to continue to connect or keep the current WiFi, you need to select <Yes> or <connect>, if you accidentally select<Cancel>, <Disconnect> or <Switch>, it will cause the camera can not connect to the phone, please click <CAMERA-XXXX> to reconnect.

Q2: The night vision effect is poor.
A1: Low battery status may cause the camera to have poor night vision. The camera automatically turns on the IRLED when shooting at night, which will consume more battery power. Therefore, if the camera in low battery, the night vision effect will be poor, or even night vision does not work. Please check the camera if it is in a low battery state and replace the 8x 1.5V AA battery.
A2: In the field, the camera relies on infrared LEDs to supplement the ambient light source. If the subject (e.g. distant plants and small animals) is far away, the photo or video will be blurry. Therefore, we recommend mounting the camera about 5 meters within the effective range of the subject (the smaller the size of the object, the closer the distance needed).
Q3: The picture is too bright at night.
A1: It may be caused by overexposure. Please check whether there are reflective objects in the environment, such as glass. Adjust the placement environment and angle of the camera can avoid this problem.

① Extended PIR interval
② Turn down PIR sensitivity
③ Turn down IR light brightness
④ Reduce the length of the video ( e.g. 5s)
⑤ Reduce the number of pictures taken( e.g. 1P)
⑥ Rationalise parameters to reduce the time spent shooting at night or use an external power supply
