A: The first generation of AT33 molds were designed this way. This does not affect the normal focus. So please feel free to use it. And we have modified this design in the second generation of AT33 molds.
However, if the picture of the monocular does not change when you turn the focus ring( please turn to the left or right a few more times), please contact our after-sales support team and get a free replacement. (email: support@usogood.co)

A: The AT33 monocular has a twist-up eyecup, so it is suitable for users who wear glasses.
When you use the monocular with glasses, make sure the eyepiece of the monocular and your glasses are wiped clean. Do not rotate the eyepiece up, just observe directly.
When using monoculars without glasses, please rotate the eyecups up to ensure the most comfortable viewing experience.
